Known for estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, we are a small family owned boutique winery that has been producing small lots of high quality wines since 1985. Here at Signorello Estate, we employ the "Vigneron" style of winemaking. This method, used in the Burgundy region of France, is at the core of our philosophy and ensures that the winemaker and the winemaking process is at the heart of every bottling... taking part in each step, from the careful selection of grapes in the vineyard to the blending of the wine in the bottle.
Signorello is pleased to partner with Snake River Farms, the largest supplier of American style Kobe Wagyu beef, for this new experience. Known as the "best beef in America", this American Kobe Wagyu beef is a perfect complement to our Bordeaux style Cabernet Sauvignons. Sit down and relax indoors in our Saloné del Padroné, a brand new private tasting area with an Italian décor that seats up to 10 people for a very intimate wine tasting and pairing experience. You can also enjoy the beautiful vineyard views from Terrazzo del Padroné, our private poolside outdoor patio overlooking the heart of Napa Valley that seats up to 20 people. Whichever you prefer, specially trained wine sommeliers will take you on an extraordinary and personalized journey of wine and great food perfectly paired to match each other.
